Price list notes

Prices in Euro, VAT 22% excluded, net of any applicable withholdings. Personalized quote validity: 30 days from issue date.

The project price covers design, development and production launch. Costs you pay directly to providers stay out, domain, hosting, payment gateways, transactional email, third-party API services (maps, AI, SMS), so you know exactly what you pay us and what you pay them. We list each item with figures in the quote, before signing.

Software components and services integrated into the project (open-source or proprietary, depending on the case) remain governed by their respective licenses and the rights holders' contracts. The timelines shown are averages estimated on projects with ready content and defined requirements.

"I want this solution" means we proceed from the price-list item: you already know the price, we just formalize it together. "Contact us" on tailor-made levels means we build the quote from scratch, on needs and timelines.

Frequently asked questions

Are the prices shown final?

These are turnkey list prices, VAT excluded. They cover the deliverable described in the "What it does" section of each level. Deep customizations, integrations with external systems, or specific regulatory requirements are agreed separately.

What's NOT included?

Copywriting, professional photo/video, logo design, and ongoing marketing/SEO management after launch are not included in list prices. The customer produces them internally or we assign them to trusted external partners.

Can I move up to a higher level after launch?

Yes, it's the most common pattern: start with the level that fits now and upgrade when the business model requires it. Content, customer data and configurations are migrated without losing previous work.

Are the list timelines realistic?

Yes, they're averages for well-defined projects with content ready. They slip when content arrives late, when requirements change mid-project, or when integrations with external systems depend on third parties.

Can the site connect to a management system?

Yes. From E-commerce Standard upward, common integrations are included (electronic invoicing, multi-payment gateways, primary carriers). For custom integrations with ERP or internal software we quote case by case.

How does payment work?

30% deposit at contract signing, balance upon go-live. For projects above €20,000 we agree on installments tied to milestone achievements.
