Cookie Policy

This Cookie Policy describes the types of cookies used by the Systema360 S.r.l. website and how the user can manage them.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites send to the user's browser, where they are stored and then retransmitted to the same websites on subsequent visits. They are used for various purposes, such as maintaining user preferences, facilitating navigation and improving the browsing experience.

2. Types of cookies used

The website uses necessary cookies and, only on the turni product pages after consent, Meta marketing cookies.

Technical cookies

• laravel_session: technical cookie required for the website session to function. Expiry: end of browser session
• XSRF-TOKEN: technical security cookie used to protect website forms against CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) attacks. Expiry: end of browser session

Browser local storage (localStorage)

The website also uses the following localStorage keys, which are not cookies but data stored locally in the user's browser:

• appearance: stores the user's preference for light or dark mode
• systema_cookie_choice_v1 stores the cookie choice for 180 days, as described in the turni section

3. Statistical analysis (cookieless)

This website uses Umami, a self-hosted web analytics platform hosted on European infrastructure managed by the data controller that operates in cookieless mode. Umami:

• Does not install cookies on the user's device
• Does not perform profiling or cross-site tracking
• Does not send data to external analytics providers
• Processes the page URL and title, referrer, browser, operating system, device, screen resolution, language and approximate geographic area
• Generates a pseudonymous session identifier from the IP address, user agent and website identifier and allows authorized administrators to view the activity associated with the session

Umami does not store or read information on the user’s device. Its use therefore does not require the prior consent provided for by Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code. The processing of pseudonymous data remains subject to the GDPR and is based on the data controller's legitimate interest in measuring and improving the website (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Users may object by writing to privacy@systema360.it.

The data is retained in the data controller's Umami instance and automatically deleted after 12 months by a scheduled procedure.

4. Third-party cookies

The turni product pages may use Meta marketing cookies only after consent. Other plain external links do not load social plugins.

5. Managing cookies

You can manage marketing cookies in the banner and through Cookie and privacy preferences. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings.

Cookies and preferences for turni campaigns

The Meta pixel loads exclusively on the turni product pages after explicit consent to marketing cookies. Before a choice, after refusal or after withdrawal, no new Meta tracking tools are loaded.

The marketing cookies _fbp and, when an advertising click identifier is present, _fbc help Meta attribute visits and clicks to campaigns. Their expected lifetime is 90 days, subject to shorter browser limits. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. See also the Meta Cookies Policy.

The necessary site_consent_reference cookie contains a random reference to the recorded choice, is accessible only to the server and lasts 180 days. The systema_cookie_choice_v1 localStorage key stores the marketing choice, policy version and date for 180 days. These tools respect your choice, including refusal.

The earlier privacy_notice_seen key, if still present in the browser, only recorded that the notice had been read and is not treated as marketing consent.

Accept and Reject are equally prominent. Customise lets you choose marketing cookies, which are initially disabled. Closing the banner without accepting keeps marketing disabled. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie and privacy preferences.
