What kind of companies do you work with?
Companies that already have a running operation and a process that has become tight. Some call us for a management system built around their workflows, others start from one of our apps and ask us to bring it into their context.
How does the first meeting work?
You tell us how you work today and where it jams. It helps us understand the problem and helps you judge whether we are the right people.
How much does a project cost?
Every project gets a quote with scope, milestones and defined costs. There are no hidden fees.
Is the code mine?
Yes. The source code and the intellectual property are yours, delivered to your repository at the end of the project. No strings tying you to us.
Who answers when I write?
A person, and it stays the same one. Whoever you talk to on day one is the one who answers two years later, after the launch too.
Where are you?
In Potenza, and we work remotely across Italy.
Apps and management systems
Where do I download the apps?
On the App Store and Google Play, from each product page. SpeedCalc runs on iPhone and Apple Watch, Notavia and Mnemia on iPhone, iPad and Mac.
How much do they cost?
It depends on the app. Equinozio is free. Turni is free to use and has an annual Premium subscription with a seven-day trial. Snipsy and Acepoint are subscriptions for the people who work with them, with a trial before you decide.
Where is my data?
In the iPhone, iPad and Mac apps it stays on your device and in your iCloud, and never passes through us. In the management systems it sits on our servers in Europe, and the contract says what we process and how.
Do they work offline?
Notavia does, you record entries offline and it syncs when you are back online. The web management systems need a connection, because several people work on the same data.
If something breaks, who fixes it?
You write to us. Support is part of the project, and whoever answers knows the code.

How long does it take to develop custom software?
It depends on complexity. A working MVP typically takes 6-12 weeks. During discovery we define scope and realistic timelines together.
What technologies do you use?
Our main technologies are Laravel, React, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL and cloud infrastructure, chosen because they are open-source, modern and backed by active global communities. We always evaluate each project's context and adopt different technologies when needed. No lock-in on proprietary solutions.
App Design & Development
Native or cross-platform app?
It depends on the project. For most cases, React Native offers the best quality/cost ratio: one codebase for iOS and Android with near-native performance. For specific needs (AR, advanced hardware) we evaluate native development.
How much does it cost to develop an app?
It depends on what it has to do. After the first meeting you get a quote with scope, timing and costs, with no hidden fees.
Do you handle store publishing?
Yes. We take care of everything: developer accounts, certificates, screenshots, ASO-optimised descriptions, submission and Apple/Google review management.
Can I test the app before launch?
Absolutely. We provide test builds on TestFlight (iOS) and Google Play Console (Android) throughout development. You can try every new feature in real time.
Do you offer post-launch maintenance?
Yes. We offer maintenance plans including security updates, new OS version compatibility, bug fixes and new features.
