Court lights that switch on by themselves

Court floodlights can now follow the bookings. With the devices installed on the club’s lighting system, acepoint turns the lights on when the sun goes down, with the lead time set for the court, and turns them off when the booking ends.

If the member asked for lights when booking, they stay on for the whole booked time.

On even after the booking has started

When the club allows lights on request, members can also switch them on once the booking has started, from the bookings page on the club’s website. They see the cost before confirming and pay from their acepoint wallet.

The device has to confirm that the lights are on. If it does not within a minute, the amount goes back to the wallet automatically.

From the club panel

On the Luci dei campi page the club sees whether each court is connected and lit, the power on each phase and the consumption for today and for the month. From there it can also switch a court on or off by hand.

Every time the lights go on, the device also receives the time to switch them off. If the connection drops, it turns the floodlights off on its own at that time, and within four hours at most.

Surcharges for lights and heating

Every club can set a lights surcharge and a heating surcharge on its courts. The feature is available to every club and starts with zero amounts, so prices stay as they are until the club sets them.

The lights surcharge is added to the price automatically when the sun goes down, the heating surcharge in the months chosen by the club. Members who ask for lights outside that window see the cost before confirming.

It applies to bookings made from the website, the apps, the front desk and the marketplace, while courses, lessons and tournaments are left out. Member rates, promotions and discounts do not reduce it.

Website and apps include the surcharges in the total, the apps from version 1.4.0.

How to get it

Floodlight automation is switched on at the club’s request. Systema360 enables the Luci dei campi module and one device per court is installed on the lighting system, connected to the floodlight control. Devices and installation are paid for by the club.
