accademus, booking for academies, is on the way

We are building accademus, the web platform to book exams, appointments and events in academies and universities. One platform for the registrar's office and for students, multi-academy: each institution keeps its own data, its own brand and its own public page.

Exam sessions without overbooking

Exams are booked by slot, with capacity and times set by the office. The days of a session can open all at once or in cascade: the next one opens only when the previous one is full. Your place stays reserved while you complete the booking, email reminders go out on their own, and there are clear rules for no-shows: no overbooking and no queues at the desk.

The student portal

Students book, reschedule or cancel on their own, download receipts and certificates as PDFs, and have a personal calendar that stays up to date on iPhone, Android or computer. Before booking they fill in the anonymous course evaluation questionnaire, and for any question they open a ticket to the office. One login works for all linked academies.

The office, in order

Study programmes, enrolments, prerequisites and results live in one place, with Excel import so you can start without retyping anything. The agenda brings together teachers, schedules and closures, events have limited places and online registrations, and every day the office receives a recap of bookings.
