How it works

Three channels, one panel

For every message you see the matched client, the attachments and the status, so you know at once what is already filed and what is waiting for a check.

Email and PEC

It reads the firm's mailboxes and keeps the original message with its attachments. For PEC it also keeps receipts and signed files.

WhatsApp

Clients' messages arrive through WhatsApp's official channel, with photos and documents. The number and the account remain the firm's.

Tax documents

Tax notices, compliance letters and F24 forms received by PEC or downloaded from the cassetto fiscale are filed by client, together with everything else.

How it is built

The data stay at the firm

Fiscomatico runs on a computer installed at your firm, a dedicated mini PC or the NAS or server you already have. From there it reads the mail, saves documents in your folders and can also be reached from outside the office through Systema360's protected gateway, which passes the encrypted traffic without reading or storing it.

The connection is opened by the firm's computer towards the outside, so no port is left open on the router.

Integrations

It connects to the software you already use

Fiscomatico does not replace the firm's management software, it works alongside it. We assess each connection with you and with the software vendor, and activate it where the software allows.

Client records from your software

Clients, contacts, tax codes and VAT numbers come from the management software you use, through an export or the connection offered by the vendor.

Cases and tasks

When the firm's software allows it, a filed message can open or update the client's case, without copying it by hand.

Revenue Agency services

With delegated access to the cassetto fiscale, the Certificazioni Uniche can be downloaded from the official service. New integrations will be available as soon as the Agency releases them.

Local AI

An AI that works at the firm

Fiscomatico can use an open source artificial intelligence model installed on the firm's computer. It reads text and attachments there, without sending them to outside services.

Summarises and highlights

For notices, letters and long messages it writes a short summary and picks out the details that matter, such as VAT number, tax year and stated amounts.

It suggests, you confirm

For doubtful cases it suggests client and folder and shows where it found them. Nothing becomes final until a member of staff confirms.

Optional

It is switched on at your request, if the firm's computer has enough memory and power. We check that together before installing it.

Systema360 updates fiscomatico and monitors how it runs, remotely. Monitoring covers the state of the computer, not the content of the messages.
