The product is in development for the Mac App Store and is not yet publicly available. These commercial terms describe the planned offer. Applicable prices, availability and conditions will be those presented in the app and by Apple before you confirm a purchase.
Licence and use
The app distributed by Apple is licensed under the Apple standard EULA. These terms describe Doculea’s features and commercial options without replacing mandatory statutory rights or Apple service terms.
Only use the app with documents and sources you are authorised to process. The version described requires macOS 26 or later and a Mac with Apple silicon. Scanners require Image Capture compatibility and any necessary drivers. Continuity and Apple Intelligence depend on supported devices, configuration and availability from Apple.
Annual subscription
The planned Italian storefront price is €29.99 per year, including VAT. The billing period is one year. The subscription includes all features and new versions while active.
Eligible accounts are offered a 14-day free trial, followed by €29.99 per year unless cancelled. Apple determines eligibility; users who have already used an offer in the same subscription group may not qualify.
The subscription automatically renews until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current period ends to avoid renewal. Apple may charge for renewal within the preceding 24 hours. Manage or cancel your plan in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation does not delete the catalogue or PDFs and normally preserves access until the paid period ends. Trial handling follows the terms displayed by Apple.
One-time purchase
The planned Italian storefront price is €79.99 once, including VAT. This provides a non-expiring licence for the major version purchased, with the same features as the annual plan in the current version.
Bug fixes and minor updates are included. Future major versions may require a new purchase. A one-time purchase does not provide free access to all future versions and does not renew automatically.
Payments, restoring purchases and refunds
Apple manages purchases and charges your Apple Account according to the confirmation panel. Use Restore purchases in the app with the original purchasing account to restore an entitlement. Do not buy both options to obtain the same current-version features.
For refunds, use Apple’s purchase support service. Applicable withdrawal rights, statutory warranties and other mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Immediate supply of digital content and any effect on withdrawal rights are handled according to Apple’s notices and consent requests.
Documents, suggestions and responsibility
Documents are processed on your Mac. The Doculea privacy policy separately describes Apple services and support requests.
OCR, dates, parties, tags and classifications may be incomplete or incorrect. Review them before relying on them for decisions or obligations. New categories are never created automatically.
Renaming and moving require individual confirmation or optional rules you have simulated and activated for a specific source, with appropriate permissions. Active rules handle new PDFs while the library window is open. Organising existing files requires a preview and batch confirmation.
Automation never deletes files and can be paused. Deleting PDFs, drafts or scanned pages requires typing ELIMINA. Duplicate comparison never removes copies automatically.
Doculea is not a legally certified preservation, digital signature, tax or legal advice service. It does not replace backups. Document availability also depends on your selected drives, network and services.
Nothing excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence or limits warranties and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Without an active plan
You can continue viewing previously catalogued documents and exporting or backing up the catalogue. Processing new documents requires an active licence or subscription. Original PDFs remain in your chosen locations and do not become Systema360’s property.
Test versions and updates
TestFlight versions are preliminary, expire and are subject to Apple’s testing terms. Purchases made in the test environment are not real purchases and do not grant a permanent licence for the public version.
Features and compatibility may change during development. Commercial changes will apply according to the terms communicated when purchasing and applicable law, without removing acquired rights. The date above identifies the update of these terms.
