Doculea has a website of its own, doculea.it.
Doculea is the Systema360 app for Mac that reads PDFs and helps put them in order, with suggestions to review or automatic rules you choose.
What you will find on the site
The features, from text recognition on scanned pages to duplicate and version comparison, deadlines and dossiers.
The optional automation, off by default, that you simulate before activating it on the new documents of each connected folder.
The planned plans, with the annual subscription and the one-time purchase, and the privacy and terms of use information.
Documents stay on the Mac
Reading, OCR and classification happen on the Mac. Doculea does not send PDFs, extracted text or catalogue data to Systema360 servers or external services.
Deletion is never automatic and PDFs stay in the folders you choose.
When it arrives
Doculea is in development for the Mac App Store, for Macs with Apple silicon and macOS 26 or later. A release date has not been announced.
In the meantime you can read everything on doculea.it (in Italian) and on the Doculea page on this site.
