Doculea is available on the Mac App Store.

It is the Systema360 document library for Mac, to read, classify and find your documents while leaving them in the folders you chose.

Scanned pages too

Text recognition happens on the Mac. Doculea imports PDF, Word, OpenDocument, RTF and plain text files, and captures new pages from a compatible scanner or with the Continuity features of iPhone and iPad.

Search starts from the suggested category, date, tags and sender, and works on the text inside the documents as well.

Automation starts switched off

Rules are optional and off at the beginning. You simulate them before turning them on, then they rename and file new documents from the connected source on their own.

Existing files stay out of it until you confirm the batch after the preview. Deletion is never automatic, and removing an entry from the catalogue leaves the file in place.

Documents stay on the Mac

Reading, OCR, catalogue and classification stay on the device. Doculea does not send documents, extracted text or catalogue data to Systema360 servers or external services.

On supported Macs with Apple Intelligence enabled it can use the Apple on-device model in uncertain cases. Otherwise it uses local rules.

What it costs

You start free, with a library of up to 20 individual documents and no time limit. Connected folders, automation and a larger library require a plan.

The annual subscription costs €29.99 and for eligible accounts it starts with 14 free days. The one-time purchase costs €79.99 once and is a non-expiring licence for the major version purchased.

Doculea requires macOS 26 or later and a Mac with Apple silicon.
