Turni by Systema360 Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contacts

The data controller is Systema360 S.r.l.. You can contact us at info@systema360.it, certified email systema360@pec.it, or 85100 Potenza (PZ). For privacy matters, write to privacy@systema360.it. VAT or tax number: 02227730765.

2. Data handled

The planned version 1 of Turni by Systema360 will handle the shifts, schedules, contract settings, variable components, absences, notes and preferences that you enter in the app.

3. Where data stays

Data will stay in the app’s local storage and, if you enable sync, in your private iCloud database through CloudKit. The planned version 1 of Turni by Systema360 will not require a Systema360 account, will not show advertising, will not perform profiling and will have no Systema360 application backend that receives this content.

4. Optional permissions

Local notifications, Apple Calendar and Face ID will be optional permissions managed through system APIs. Turni by Systema360 will not read or store biometric data.

5. Purchases

Apple will handle payment. Turni by Systema360 will receive only the StoreKit status needed to activate Premium. Systema360 will not receive card data.

6. Retention and deletion

You will be able to delete local data from the app. When iCloud sync is enabled, deletion will propagate according to iCloud’s operation. Purchase records will be handled by Apple and may remain subject to its policies, including backups, without any promise of immediate deletion.

7. GDPR rights

You will be able to exercise your GDPR rights by writing to privacy@systema360.it or using the other contacts above. You will also be able to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

8. Changes and effective date

We may update this policy when the processing described changes. Effective date: 8 August 2026.
