Turni by Systema360 Terms of Use
1. Provider and licence
The planned version 1 of Turni by Systema360 will be provided by Systema360 S.r.l., which you can contact at info@systema360.it, certified email systema360@pec.it, address 85100 Potenza (PZ), VAT or tax number 02227730765. You will be granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app for personal purposes.
2. Purpose
The planned version 1 of Turni by Systema360 will be intended to organise and review shift work.
3. Accuracy
Calculations will depend on the data and contract rules that you enter. Always check that they are current and suitable for your situation.
4. Estimates
Gross estimates of variable components will not be net pay, will not include taxes or contributions and will not constitute a payslip.
5. Free and Premium functions
The planned version 1 of Turni by Systema360 will include the following free functions:
- Calendar and custom shift types
- Cycles and multiple entry
- Hours and time banking
- iCloud and reminders
Turni by Systema360 Premium will include:
- Gross estimates of variable components
- Line-by-line detail
- PDF and CSV
6. Annual Premium
Annual Turni by Systema360 Premium will include a 7-day free trial for eligible users and will automatically renew until cancelled. If you do not want the free trial to renew, cancel through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Later renewals must be cancelled before the next renewal date, subject to the conditions Apple displays at purchase.
7. Price, purchase and refunds
Price, eligibility, purchase, restoration, cancellation and refunds will be handled through Apple systems. Final price, eligibility and conditions will be those shown on the App Store.
8. Intellectual property, proper use, maintenance and availability
Turni by Systema360 and its content will be protected by applicable law. Use them properly and do not attempt to circumvent their protections. We may perform maintenance and will not guarantee uninterrupted or continuous availability.
9. Liability
Liability will be governed within the limits permitted by law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
10. Applicable law and forum
Italian law applies. Consumers retain the forum provided by law and the mandatory protections of the European Union and Italy.
