turni Terms of Use
1. Provider and licence
Turni is provided by Systema360 S.r.l., which you can contact at info@systema360.it, certified email systema360@pec.it, or 85100 Potenza (PZ). VAT or tax number 02227730765.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use the app under these terms and the terms of the Store from which you download it.
2. Purpose and users
Turni helps organise and review shift work. The app is intended for people aged 18 or over.
3. Accuracy
Calculations depend on the data and contract rules that you enter. Always check that they are current and suitable for your situation.
4. Estimates
Gross estimates of variable components are not net pay, do not include taxes or contributions and do not constitute a complete payslip. The app does not replace a payslip, your employer or professional advice.
5. Free and Premium functions
Free standard functions include
- Calendar and custom shift types
- Cycles and multiple entry
- Hours and time banking
- Local storage and, on compatible Apple devices, private iCloud sync
- Reminders and integrations available on the device
Turni Premium includes
- Gross estimates of variable components
- Line-by-line detail
- PDF and CSV exports
6. Annual Premium
Premium is an annual subscription that automatically renews until cancelled. Apple App Store or Google Play displays the price, billing period and any trial or promotional offer, including its duration and eligibility requirements, before you confirm the purchase.
7. Purchase, renewal and cancellation
Payment is charged to the Apple or Google account used for the purchase. Unless cancelled, renewal occurs under the terms and at the price displayed by the Store. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple or Google account subscription settings. After cancellation, Premium remains available until the end of the paid period where the Store rules provide this.
8. Restoration, verification and refunds
The app lets you restore or verify the purchase through the applicable Store. On Android, Premium verification may require an internet connection and Google Play and Play Integrity checks. Do not attempt to circumvent or alter these checks.
Apple or Google handles refund requests under its respective rules, without affecting mandatory rights provided by law.
9. Data and availability
Shift data is stored locally on the device. On Apple devices, it may sync to your private iCloud space when the function is available and enabled. You are responsible for protecting the device, Store account and any copies of the data that you consider necessary.
10. Intellectual property and proper use
Turni, the software, trademarks and content are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, resell, distribute, decompile or use them unlawfully, except where mandatory law permits this.
11. Updates and maintenance
We may correct, update or modify the app for security, compatibility or service development. Some functions may depend on the device, operating system, iCloud, Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted availability.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for pay or employment decisions based on app estimates, incorrectly entered data or third-party services. This clause does not limit mandatory consumer protections or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Store terms
The Apple App Store or Google Play terms also apply when you use the app. If there is a conflict about functions managed by the Store, such as payment, renewal, cancellation or refunds, the applicable Store terms and mandatory law prevail.
14. Applicable law and forum
Italian law applies. Consumers retain the forum provided by law and the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
15. Changes, contact and effective date
We may update these terms when the app, Stores or applicable rules change. For information, write to info@systema360.it. Effective date 13 September 2026.
Website and privacy preferences
Visiting the turni web page and using the app are separate activities. Optional consent to marketing cookies on the website is not a condition for using the app or accessing the stores.
